Mutti is a leading European brand in the food preserves category, specialized in the processing of high-quality 100% Italian tomatoes.
The Challenge
The company aimed to strengthen awareness of its iconic range (puree, pulp, and double concentrate) and signature recipes, while driving product consideration during the crucial Christmas period for food brands.
The Solution
The campaign kicked off by repurposing and accelerating existing assets into high-performing creative, validated through AI pre-testing to ensure effectiveness before launch. From there, the Teads Studio team refined and optimized creative elements for video and display, integrating Generative AI to deliver interactive, Christmas-themed experiences across formats. Using Teads contextual targeting segments, Mutti efficiently reached food enthusiasts at the right moment, in the right environment, across premium CTV inventory including HomeScreen placements, as well as web environments through InRead, connecting with consumers in a festive and highly relevant context.
Lumen’s attention measurement showed that optimized creative for premium environments generated above-benchmark attention levels. A brand lift study by Happydemics also validated creative impact, underscoring the strength and novelty of the creative assets.

The Results
The campaign delivered strong results across the board, with food and news sites driving some of the highest attention scores and CTV-specific optimizations pushing key brand metrics like ad recall and purchase intent into the top 10% of Teads’ CTV benchmarks. Contextual targeting across food and news environments played a key role in connecting Mutti with the right audiences at the right moment.
