Mollie Spilman serves as Chief Commercial Officer at Teads, overseeing global commercial strategy and execution to drive growth for marketers, agencies, and content creators. A seasoned executive in the digital media and technology sectors, Mollie previously served as Chief Revenue Officer at Oracle Advertising and held dual roles as CRO and COO at Criteo. During her five-year tenure at Criteo, she was instrumental in scaling the company’s revenue from $600M to over $2B and leading its strategic expansion into retail media.

Throughout her career, which includes leadership roles at Yahoo, Millennial Media, and Time Warner, Mollie has earned significant industry recognition. She has been ranked by Business Insider as one of the most powerful women in mobile advertising and is a recipient of the IAB Service Excellence Award and the Silver Stevie for Best Female Executive.

Daphna Michaeli（ダフナ・マイケリ）はTeads最高人事責任者です。ダフナはさまざまな企業で人事の指揮を執り、採用、従業員開発、研修の分野で20年近い経験を積んできました。

Dani Cushion is Chief Marketing Officer at Teads, leading the company’s global marketing organization, brand, communications, and go-to-market strategy to accelerate growth and deliver meaningful outcomes for advertisers, agencies, and media owners.

With a strong track record in high-growth technology companies, Dani was most recently CMO at Innovid, helping position the company for acquisition by Mediaocean. She previously served as CMO at Cardlytics and ExecOnline, and as SVP of Marketing at Millennial Media, contributing to IPOs, global expansion, and acquisitions. She has also held roles at SiriusXM, ISL, Omnicom, and Major League Soccer, and is a frequent speaker at CES, Cannes Lions, and Advertising Week NY. Dani graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and minors in Philosophy and Economics.

Damien Islam-Frenoy is Chief Technology Officer at Teads, leading technology development, operations, and innovation to drive the company’s growth and enhance its AI and platform capabilities. Based in Paris, he oversees Teads’ tech hubs in Ljubljana, Montpellier, Netanya, and Paris, managing a team of over 350 people to deliver full-funnel solutions for advertisers and media owners.

With 25+ years of experience in large-scale software systems, AI-driven optimization, and product strategy, Damien previously led a 200+ person Product, Tech, and Science organization responsible for optimizing global package distribution at Amazon and held senior roles at Microsoft. He holds a Master’s in Engineering from Oxford University and is passionate about applying data and AI to drive innovation while nurturing high-performing engineering teams.

Remi Cackel is the Chief Product and Strategy Officer, Enterprise at Teads, where he leads global Enterprise Product and strategy, and works closely with commercial, operational, and marketing teams to drive growth across the platform following the merger with Outbrain. Since joining Teads in 2017, Remi has played a central role in shaping the company’s data and product strategy, previously serving as Chief Data Officer and Chief Product Officer.

Remi was instrumental in building Teads’ data solutions from the ground up and expanding outside of the inRead core offering. Leading global teams responsible for strategy, product development, product operations, and go-to-market. Earlier in his career, he worked in the travel advertising industry at Amadeus and Travel Audience, where he focused on data-driven personalization and performance advertising.

Remi holds Master’s degrees in Engineering from the University of Technology of Compiègne and Cranfield University, and is known for challenging conventions to drive more efficient, innovative outcomes at scale.

Amnon Lahav is the Chief Product and Strategy Officer, Supply & DR at Teads. A seasoned leader in the ad tech Industry, Amnon brings over a decade of leadership experience to this role at Teads. His journey in the ad tech industry includes founding several startups, which all specialized in developing machine learning and ad tech. His latest startup was acquired by Outbrain in 2018.

At Teads, Amnon leads the company’s strategic product direction and the go-to-market initiatives for supply and direct response. His teams are responsible for accelerating mid and long-term growth, enhancing customer experience to position Teads as an industry leader.
