Justin Taylor to join leading video adtech company Teads to head up UK operations
London 14th March – Teads, inventors of outstream video advertising and globaltechnology platform, today announced the appointment of Justin Taylor as new ManagingDirector of Teads’ UK operations.
Previously Managing Director of MEC Digital UK, Taylor will be tasked with driving Teads’growth in the UK market. The company, which specialises in branded video advertising solutions, currently employs over 75 staff out of their London office, with plans to hire anadditional 20 UK-based employees in 2015 as part of an ambitious global growth strategy.
Named one of The Drum’s Mobile Top 50 last year and possessing over fifteen years
experience in the digital media industry, Taylor is ideally placed to support Teads’ growth inthe UK market. His extensive experience of working with global brands such as Danone, B&Qand Nintendo will provide invaluable insight into brand and agency expectations of the digitalmarket as Teads looks to expand UK revenues.
Speaking about his appointment Justin said ‘after 15 years working agency side I am veryexcited to be joining Teads. The online video space is evolving rapidly and Teads is perfectlypositioned to take advantage of the sector’s growth. As UK MD Justin will work closely with an experienced global leadership team including SVPInternational Sales Jeremy Arditi, Executive Chairman Pierre Chappaz, CEO Bertrand Quesadaand Chief Strategy Officer Loïc Soubeyrand, reporting into Chief Operating Officer, ChristopheParcot, who commented: ‘the UK video advertising industry is predicted to double by 2016and as such the UK market  continues to be integral to Teads’ global strategy. As ManagingDirector UK, Justin’s extensive digital expertise will ensure that the UK arm of the businesscontinues to experience the strong growth it has enjoyed over the last few years and positionTeads as leaders in the online video space.’
 Following Taylor’s appointment, former UK Managing Director, Jeremy Arditi will focus on hisduties as Senior Vice President International, overseeing Teads’ growth in new marketsincluding South Korea and Japan.
