After our presence at Mobile Engage, the Teads team headed to The Barbican in the heart of London, for a full day of presentations and workshops.
Now in its 11th year, Engage brings together those from across the media world: publishers, agencies, brands and tech providers. It’s a huge event and keeps growing – this year 1000 were expected.
Manned by representatives from Sales, Publishing and Marketing, our stand was a hub for those wanting to know more about outstream advertising, the launch of our Open Exchange and our campaign ‘Advertising Matters’. Ad-blocking is the hot topic at the moment and it was brilliant to have the opportunity to talk directly to brands and publishers about their views.
We provided popcorn for hungry delegates – and we particularly enjoyed this tweet asking if we delivered. We don’t (yet). A massive thanks to Candypop for providing the popcorn and making the journey down from Bristol.
The IAB have provided a handy write-up of the day, covering both the morning and afternoon sessions. Have a read for some bitesize comments from the speakers or check out The Drum who covered the day extensively.
If you didn’t catch us at Engage, then drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org where we can put you in contact with one of our reps. Our next event with the IAB will be on the 26th of November, where we join them for their Video Conference at 30 Euston Square. More info to follow!
